Our office is a stylish work/live townhouse in the heart of the 2010 action, just steps from major Olympic venues. This well-appointed space is in the very best location for enjoying all that the Games have to offer.

The office is currently set up as a work space, but if you prefer to stay on-site, too, we can arrange to remove desks from one or both offices and replace with beds/futons. Alternately, our 3-bedroom home in Kitsilano is available for rent.

This townhouse, built in 2008, is part of the Spectrum condo development. Our 1000-square foot, two-storey space features:

• a large and sunny living room/meeting room/kitchen/work room, terrific for meetings, work or informal get-togethers
• two enclosed offices, each with private balconies, plus one storage area/workroom, and a total of six desks
• massive whiteboards in the living room and offices, each of which has at least one wall painted in dry-erase paint
• two phone lines and wireless high-speed Internet access (on request we can also provide a Canadian cell phone so you avoid those brutal roaming charges)
• one full bathroom (upstairs) and one half-bath (downstairs), plus washer & dryer
• fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher
• building amenities including two private meeting rooms with WiFi, a 20-seat screening room, and a large party room
• building gym amenities including a beautiful pool, hot tub, steam room & sauna, plus a workout room with treadmills, elliptical, stationary bicycles and weight-training equipment

Located at 680 Citadel Parade, we are:

• steps from BC Place (home to the opening, closing and nightly victory ceremonies) and Canada Hockey Place
• a five-minute walk to the Host City pavilion and a ten-minute walk to the Media Centre
• one block from the Stadium SkyTrain station
• a short ferry ride across False Creek to the Olympic Village

We love, love, love our office but do not need the space ourselves for the next few months, so you can rent it either during the Games, or for a longer period (as early as Dec 1).
