You may also check out http://www.GoalsOnTrack.com, a very nicely built web app designed for tracking goals and todo lists, and has time tracking. It's clear, focused, easy to navigate, worth a try.

Check out Backpack! We use it for our virtual office - great for keeping track of tasks and shared info. It's cool.

Try binfire.com, it is an online project managemnt program especially designed for collaboration. Includes almost all features need for true project management and collaboration and there is a free option available too
